Center for Health Innovation, Research, Action and Learning - Bangladesh (CHIRAL Bangladesh) is a voluntary non-profit research organization, resolving to promote interdisciplinary research in the field of health data science, computational biology and genomics.
We are an interdisciplinary research group at the Center for Health Innovation, Research, Action and Learning - Bangladesh (CHIRAL Bangladesh). The mission of OMICS Center is to advance scientific knowledge and improve human health through cutting-edge OMICS research.

Md. Jubayer Hossain
Md. Jubayer Hossain is the Founder and Executive Director of CHIRAL Bangladesh, a non-profit organization committed to advancing health research for the betterment of lives in Bangladesh. His overarching mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals by leveraging the synergies of education, technology, and health research.
With a profound background in Microbiology, holding a Master of Science degree, Jubayer Hossain is a highly motivated biomedical research enthusiast. His primary focus revolves around public health and health data science. His research interests are deeply rooted in the application of machine learning in healthcare and health data science, reflecting his dedication to advancing medical knowledge through innovative approaches.
Mr. Hossain has demonstrated his commitment to addressing public health challenges through his research experience. He has successfully designed and implemented projects aimed at solving prominent public health problems. His research approach encompasses diverse methodologies, including big data analysis in healthcare, population-based studies, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses.
In his leadership role at CHIRAL Bangladesh, Md. Jubayer Hossain continues to drive impactful health research initiatives, contributing significantly to the well-being of the community and the advancement of scientific knowledge.
Atik Shahriar Sammo
Atik Shahriar Sammo is a dedicated Research Assistant at OMICS Center CHIRAL Bangladesh. Concurrently, he is pursuing postgraduate studies in Microbiology at Jagannath University. Mr. Sammo’s commitment to advancing scientific knowledge is evident through his active involvement in research at the intersection of academia and health sciences.

Md. Wahidul Islam
Wahidul Islam is an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Microbiology at Jagannath University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He possesses a keen interest in a diverse array of scientific disciplines, including Bioinformatics, Immunology, Cell Biology, Biostatistics, Public Health, and Microbiology.
Currently, Mr. Islam is contributing as a Research Assistant at the OMICS Center at CHIRAL Bangladesh, where he actively engages in scientific research and scholarly endeavors. His academic pursuits and research interests reflect a commitment to advancing knowledge in the fields of Microbiology and related disciplines.
Muhibullah Shahjahan
